Envy Labs is a Rails consulting firm full of passionate developers who love to share knowledge about Ruby and Rails. We do this online by releasing free screencasts to educate Rails developers, such as the Rails 3 Screencast and the Scaling Rails Screencasts. More recently Envy Labs released Code School, an online learning website which contains a free Intro to Rails course called Rails for Zombies and a paid course called Rails Best Practices. Envy Labs also produces Ruby5 podcast, which covers the latest news in the Ruby community twice weekly.
Envy Labs is available to teach any of the Engine Yard University or Code School courses in person at your company. There's nothing that beats having a live presenter to answer questions and offer help when you get stuck during a lab. All of our instructors are experienced Rails developers and we'd love the opportunity to share our knowledge with you.
