Engine Yard Cloud is a metered Ruby on Rails application platform powered by public, commercial clouds. Actual fees are elastic and depend on the usage of various resources by your hosted Rails application as described below. Resource usage, pricing and billing information is available in real-time from within the Cloud control panel, so there’s no unexpectedly large bill at the end of the month. Cloud has no setup fee.
